Important Reminders:
  1. COPs at 100% pending items are the ones getting reviewed first.
  2. All form/fields must be completed to get to 100%. Where you see “No Action” something must be completed there.
  3. Anything marked “N/A” must have a comment as to why its NA.


Additional COP items for Sprint:
  • Redline/As-built Construction Drawings (CD’s)
  • Unconditional Waiver & Release
  • Tape Drop Photos



Section A - AC/DC Service
(NA Section if power upgrade or expansion cabinet not required)
This section is almost always required.
NA only if you did not upgrade the power or add an expansion cabinet(ie. 9712, AMOB, etc..)


Section B - Equipment-MMBS
(NA Section if Expansion Cabinet is utilized)
This section will almost always be required. This is for the main cabinet which usually holds at least one sector. The only time you would NA, is if all sectors are in an expansion cabinet.

If this is an indoor shelter and equipment is in a rack, then this section is required to be completed.


Section C - Fiber Distribution Box
Always complete this section for the Fiber. (j-box, d-box, etc..)


Section D - Equipment- Expansion Cabinet/ Top Hat Cabinet
(NA Section if not used)
Complete section if:
A. Power/Rectifier Top Hap installed.
B. Expansion cabinet installed.
C. If no AMOB installed
NA if no Espansion or Top Hat installed.



Section E - Equipment- GPS
(NA Section if new GPS not installed)
This section will be NA for 99.9% of the sites on this project. Unless you installed a NEW GPS. Please be sure to leave a comment as to why its NA Example: "Did notinstall new GPS on this site"



Section F - Hybrid / DC / fiber cable run between MMBS and Antenna/RRU
This section must always be completed.



Section G/H/I – Sector Antenna/RRH/Lines MIMO
Alpha/Beta/Gamma
This section must always be completed. Complete all three sectors.



Section AMOB – Alpha/Beta/Gamma
(NA Section if new AMOB not installed)
Complete this section if an AMOB was installed on site. Else, if not installed choose NA and leave a comment "Did not install AMOB".
